What is nutrition ?

The six classes of nutrients are:

Proteins: These are essential for growth, repair, and maintenance of body tissues, and play a role in many bodily functions such as immune function, hormone production, and enzyme activity.
Fats: These are important for energy storage, insulation, and protection of organs. They also play a role in hormone production and cell membrane structure.
Vitamins: These are essential for many bodily functions, such as metabolism, immune function, and cell growth and differentiation.
Minerals: These are important for bone and muscle health, fluid balance, and nerve function.
Water: This is essential for many bodily functions, including digestion, absorption, and transportation of nutrients, and regulation of body
